   1. City Council Closed Session Meeting of May 21, 2018 and June, 4, 2018
   2. City Council Open Session Meeting of May 21, 2018 and June, 4, 2018
2. Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on June 19, 2018
3. Aprroval of disbursements in the amount of $147,397.02 on June 8, 2018 for payroll , inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions.

1. 1. Consideration to adopt Resolution NO. 6-18-2018-A of the City Council of the City of Sonora designating the City Administrator as the Title VI Coordinator and adopting the Title VI Civil Rights Program 
   2. Consideration to adopt Resolution NO. 6-18-2018-B  of the City Council of the City of Sonora awarding the engineering services contract for the Stockton-Washington Corridor Downtown Transit and Accessibility Project to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and authorizing the City Administrator the execute related documents 
   3. Consideration to adopt Resolution NO. 6-18-2018-C  of the City Council of the City of Sonora approving a modification to to the City Administrator’s Employment Agreement   
   4. Consideration to adopt Resolution No 6-18-18-D of the City Council of the City of Sonora approving updated employee salary schedules
   5. Consideration of and direction to City Staff regarding the FY 2019 Operating Budget
