  1. Approve the following meeting minute
    a. City Council Open Session Meeting of October 1, 2018

2.   Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on October 16, 2018

      3 . Approval of disbursements in the amount of $138,595.66 on October 12, 2018 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, and miscellaneous voluntary employee deduction

H. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Consideration to introduce and waive the first reading of Ordinance No. 850 approving a Development Agreement by and between the City of Sonora and Hazy Bulldog, LLC to allow a medical cannabis dispensary at 1243 Mono Way

I. NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration to allow a tour of the Old City Cemetery by the Tuolumne County Historical Society on October 20, 2018 from 6 PM to 10 PM
2. Consideration to allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages on a portion of Linoberg Street as requested by the Sonora Tap Room for an Oktoberfest event October 27th between the hours of 7 PM to 11 PM and allow a portable food cart
3. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 10-15-2018-A awarding the engineering services contract for the Red Church Pedestrian and Circulation Improvement Project to Willdan Engineering and authorizing the City Administrator to execute all necessary documents
