Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 03-18-2019-B, delegating authority to the City Administrator to procure the necessary equipment, services and supplies for the repair of the Sunrise Hills storm drain without giving notice for bids to let contracts pursuant to Public Contact Code section 22050 and Sonora Municipal Code section 3.60.110
