Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be voted on in one motion unless a Council member or member of the public has a question or wishes to discuss an item. In that case, the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.

  1. Approve the following meeting minutes:
    City Council Special Session Meeting of February 11, 2019

2. Approval to pay invoices of previously budgeted expenses on February 20,2019

3. Approval of disbursements in the amount of $137,717.21 on February 15, 2019 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, and miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions

  1. Approval of Resolution No. 02-19-2019-A appointing a City Council member to serve as City Clerk/Treasurer

11. PUBLIC HEARINGS

  1. Consideration to waive the first reading and introduce Ordinance No. 855 amending Sections 17.04.284, 17.28.020 and 17.60.040; defining and allowing indoor storage facilities in the ML zone and by use permit in the C and CG zones

12. NEW BUSINESS

  1. Consideration to approve a Special Event Permit application to allow overnight camping and the consumption of alcohol at Woods Creek Rotary Park on October 11 and 12, 2019, to accommodate the Volunteers for Outdoor California trail crew

 

  1. Consideration to approve a second Amendment to the Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority Joint Powers Agreement reducing the Notice of Withdrawal from 180 days to 60 days; or, provide a Notice to Unilaterally Withdraw
