TCEDA: Closed Session with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation (Gov. Code section 54956.9(d)(2)): three cases.

County: Closed Session – Conference Involving a Joint Powers Agency -Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority (TCEDA) (Government Code Section 54956.96) – Discussion will concern: Anticipated Litigation (Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)) three cases; County representatives on TCEDA Board: John Gray and Karl Rodefer; Also attending: County Counsel Sarah Carrillo, Deputy County Counsel Carlyn Drivdahl, County Auditor/Controller Debi Bautista, Michael Youril, Liebert Cassidy Whitmore.
