Opera Hall's maximum occupancy is:
410 - Dances, Musical performances, Seating
with no tables
225/250 - Exhibits, Art Shows, Craft Fairs,
Seating with tables
Only beer and wine & champagne is allowed in the facility. For
"Profit
Events" must obtain and ABC License to sell alcohol.
Private
parties & weddings are not required to obtain this license.
A
full walk through of the building will take place prior to your event and
after your event. The person in charge of the event and the person(s)
responsible for clean up will need to be present at these walk throughs.
This will allow the renter to understand the lighting, heating/cooling,
access to barracks and other operations of the Hall.
(*Applicable Holidays - New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King
Jr., President's Day, Caesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor
Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and
Christmas Day)
