08-16-10 A public hearing on the question of the levy and collection of the proposed assessments for the landscaping and lighting maintenance activities of the Maintenance District for Fiscal Year 2010-2011, and when and where it will consider all oral statements and all written protests made or filed by any interested person at or before the conclusion of said hearing, against the boundaries of the District and any zones or units therein, the proposed diagram or the proposed assessment, or the estimate of the costs thereof, and when and where it will consider and finally act upon the Annual Engineer's Report.
